(Raises hand.) We do! Event planning isn’t for everyone, but it’s our expertise. We’ll check everything off the to-do list: budget planning, payment schedules, reviewing contracts, and aligning all of your dates and times your event day itinerary - so everything just flows.

Is there a planning fee minimum?
Yes. We have a minimum budget of $5,000. For all parties with budgets between $5,000 - $15,000, our planning fee is $2,500. For budgets over $15,000, please contact us for custom pricing.
What if I have a large event?
Bring it on! Additional assistance is required for larger events, bigger venues, and specific properties, and additional charges may apply. Let’s get a call on the calendar to talk specifics.
Okay… so what DON’T you do???
Some venues require in-depth cleaning after each event. If your venue has this requirement (like: trash removal from property, mopping, furniture manipulation, etc.) a cleaning service will need to be hired.
What else could affect the planning fee?
If the event is outside the Middle Tennessee area, travel fees will apply. If the event is scheduled to take place during a holiday weekend, additional charges will apply.
